The Ambasada community keeps growing from one edition to another, and it’s not just about tech…
Last Thursday, Flavours of Dobrogea joined Beta Nights #12 at Mizuumi in Mamaia, bringing a taste of the region into an evening built around conversations, new connections and people shaping Constanța’s future.
Together with our local producers, we shared products, flavours and stories from Dobrogea with founders, developers, designers, creators and curious minds from both Romania and abroad.
The tasting brought together fish roe and marinated fish from Deltaica, wines from Crama Hamangia, and handmade products VAST CRAFT Atelier from three different ways of experiencing the region and the people behind what is made here.
A tech community and a local producer may seem like two very different worlds, but put them around the same table and conversations start to happen. People discover where a product comes from, who makes it, what it takes to build something locally.
Because gastronomy is not only about what ends up on the table. It is also about the people, places, traditions and stories behind it.
We’re happy to keep bringing Dobrogea’s local producers closer to new communities, creating opportunities for people to discover the region in a more direct and personal way.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tasted something new, asked questions and took the time to discover a little more about Dobrogea.
And, of course, thank you to Deltaica, VAST CRAFT Atelier and Crama Hamangia for bringing their products and stories to Beta Nights #12.🌊
