Created from organically grown Rose de Rescht roses, carefully cultivated in Dobrogea, the collection brings together rose syrup, rose jam and rose tea in a sensory experience that captures the essence of place.

In 2026, Rozefir was selected as one of the four products representing Dobrogea – European Region of Gastronomy 2029 Candidate at the World Food Gift Challenge 2026, organised by the International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism (IGCAT) in Crete, European Region of Gastronomy 2026. The competition celebrates food-related gifts that embody the cultural identity, creativity and heritage of their regions.

Its participation highlighted not only the quality of the products themselves, but also the story behind them: a region where gastronomy is deeply connected to nature, culture and community.
